Description
• Technical leadership in developing integrated custom analog, and mixed signal IPs • Hands on contribution in the design of high-performance integrated sigma-delta and SAR analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) • Supervising layout activities and post-layout LPE simulations and analysis • Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams • Presentation to peers and management • Assisting in post-silicon bring-up, performance characterization, and optimization • Designing comprehensive test plans and ramping up production ATE solutions • Participating in system performance simulations and driving block-level specifications
Requirements
• MSEE minimum, PhD preferred • 8+ years hands-on experience in high-performance Analog and Mixed Signal IC design • Technical knowledge of CMOS fundamentals, transistor-level design, and implementation of high-sampling-rate high-resolution sigma-delta and SAR ADCs • Hands-on experience in transistor-level design of data-converter related circuits • Familiarity with IC layout, full IC design flow, and verification • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and personal commitment to quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Team player with a strong sense of urgency • Ability to work well on multiple tasks and multi-site teams • Excellent presentation skills • Desirable: Direct experience in IoT, WiFi and Bluetooth products, circuits, and systems
