• Oversee day-to-day AR functions • Ensure proper invoicing and collection of AR • Resolve issues arising in the AR department • Provide exceptional customer service • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Experience with vendor portals preferred • General ledger accounting experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Manage accounts receivables and billing • Ensure timely processing of all AR transactions • Resolve issues related to incorrect billings • Collect receivables promptly • Review and resolve disputed accounts • Meet collection and DSO goals • Maintain positive client relations
