Description

• Lead Laboratory Operations team at insitro • Responsible for daily stocking of laboratory reagents and consumables • Manage compound and materials management • Collaborate with procurement, finance, LIMS, and automation teams for operational efficiencies

Requirements

• BS in Biology, or a related field • 12+ years of relevant experience in various aspects of laboratory operations (budgeting, supply chain, vendor management) • Specific experience with compound or materials management • Experience with laboratory space-planning • Experience managing a team of 5+ employees, including FTE and CW staff • Strong attention-to-detail • Comfort with workflow and management tracking software (Jira, SmartSheets, Google Suite, LIMS) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines (Facilities, Software Engineering, Automation, Chemistry)
