Description
• Implement and maintain smaller-scoped features for a single game. • Optimize run-time performance of owned features. • Collaborate with project team peers to solve problems. • Deliver readable, functional code that meets requirements. • Provide task estimates and updates to the team. • Receive and act on feedback from Leads and Managers. • Expand knowledge of technological developments in the game industry.
Requirements
• Proficient with C++ programming language and manual memory management techniques. • Ability to adhere to coding style and practices, including source control standards. • Understanding of procedural and object-oriented programming paradigms. • Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, Perl, JavaScript, as applicable). • Familiarity with commercial content creation packages (Maya, and 3DS Max, as applicable).
