• Lead and mentor Customer Success and Support teams. • Develop relationships with key client stakeholders. • Implement strategies for customer retention and upsell. • Collaborate with Product and Sales for client feedback. • Oversee efficient onboarding tailored to customer needs. • Monitor customer health metrics and KPIs to drive decisions. • Manage escalated customer issues ensuring timely resolution. • Work with the sales team on renewals and upselling. • Implement training programs for customer solution utilization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related fields. Master’s Degree preferred. • 10+ years of Leadership experience in customer success or account management in SaaS. • Experience in AI-driven or tech companies preferred. • Multi-language proficiency preferred. • Proven track record in leading and scaling customer success teams. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in customer success software tools. • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
