• Collaborate with marketing operations team to manage technology-driven marketing projects. • Analyze and improve marketing operations processes and maintain SOPs. • Work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders for successful project execution. • Partner with analytics team to track project performance and provide insights. • Identify risks and develop strategies for project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role. • Demonstrated success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving marketing operations and project initiatives to successful completion • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ON24, Bynder, Sitecore or other CMS platforms). • Proficiency in project management software (Asana). • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure • Knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement tools. • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
