Description
• Serve as the principal legal advisor to the company's executives and board of directors • Provide guidance on legal matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including agreements with suppliers, customers, and partners
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active member of the Bar in good standing • 7+ years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on aerospace, defense, or technology sectors • Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting complex agreements • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities
Benefits
• California annual base salary for this role is currently $200,000-$300,000 • Pay Grades determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data • Individual pay determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on unique factors • ITAR Compliance requirement
