• Lead, manage, develop, and inspire a team of 6 Event and Field Marketing Managers. • Develop multi-channel programs to drive and convert leads at the regional level. • Establish, monitor, and report on key KPI’s measuring marketing program effectiveness. • Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and programs for the region. • Manage the event team and strategy to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• At least 10 years of experience in Senior Marketing roles or 7 years with Master’s degree. • Solid experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing. • Digitally-savvy with marketing automation tools; Hubspot is a plus.
