Description

• Freeform is deploying software-defined, autonomous metal 3D printing factories around the world. • Optimize and scale production processes for Freeform’s metal 3D printing technology. • Develop and implement operational strategies that streamline production and improve efficiency. • Refine post-print processes, manage production workflows, and work cross-functionally. • Help design and integrate new factory systems and support R&D transition to production. • Collaborate with teams to maximize productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment. • 3D printing experience not required; motivated individuals who solve problems preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field • 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing/engineering development operations • Experience working in a dynamic, hardware development environment • Experience helping to scale R&D operations into high-volume production • Previous experience in a hands-on hardware engineering role • Experience with metal additive manufacturing • Experience helping with a manufacturing facility buildout or with manufacturing facility operations (power, industrial gases, material storage, etc.) • MRP/ERP (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) implementation experience • Strong Excel skills • OSHA and EHS regulation experience
