Description

• Implement, optimize and expand marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROAS, CAC and overall performance. • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of ads and targeting to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with campaign objectives and target audience. • Utilize marketing automation tools to scale and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing and performance marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing role (good understanding of Google Ads is especially important) • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads Editor. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPI’s. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Detail-oriented and hands on mentality.
