• You will be the primary point of contact for all IT related questions • Core responsibilities will include setting up systems, performing upgrades and fixes, and providing support in coordination with the rest of the IT team • Provide Tier 1 & 2 support to K2 Space employees • Support computers running Windows, Linux, and macOS X, and various software • Assist in procurement, installation, configuration, and support of computer software and hardware • Manage on-site inventory and total lifecycle of IT assets • Perform IT onboarding & offboarding tasks in accordance with IT responsibilities • Network support and troubleshooting
• 2+ years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment • Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, networking, security best practices, and system performance monitoring tools • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment • Comfortable working with mission critical and sensitive systems, with a sense of urgency appropriate with responsibilities • Due to the high visibility of this position, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
