Description

• Responsible for leading and growing a team of performance marketers • Responsible for growing user acquisition while maintaining or improving CAC/ROAS • Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns and results to life • Lead the team through various stages of marketing maturity

Requirements

• 10+ years of a proven track record of driving towards new user acquisition growth goals under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets, timelines and budgets at scale. • 5+ years as a proven people leader able to guide, influence and motivate teams and organizations with a track record of managing performance and driving towards measurable goals and outcomes. • Deep knowledge of various performance marketing channels • Mastery of hypothesis driven testing • Strategic thinker and leader • Self-starter with a move-fast bias towards action • Ability to define key marketing KPIs • Understanding of direct response creative and experimentation • Experience in fintech or D2C industry is a bonus
