Requirements
• 5+ years experience in operational leadership roles with finance focus • Bonus points for compliance management experience • Master problem solver • Highly organized • High integrity and trustworthiness • Strong emotional intelligence and professional maturity • Keen attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Ability to influence across the organization • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office programs
