Description

• A maker and manager, you’ll mentor and motivate a talented team of UX designers while designing often. • Foster a close, productive partnership with your Creative Team colleagues, Marketing, Product and Engineering Teams. • Serve as a creative lead for ongoing, audience-specific integrated marketing initiatives. • Create and scale the next generation of our foremost format: the website. • Manage and improve a regularly updated scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives. • Oversee regular user research initiatives to understand user behavior, needs, and deliver experiences to exceed their expectations. • Deliver stunning, educationally impactful creative that delivers on our product positioning. • Lead internal teams to develop impactful creative experiences that deliver on the brand vision. • Partner closely with Product and Product Design to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Requirements

Empathetic. • Experience in recognizing patterns and avoiding pitfalls; see the required change quickly, galvanizing teams to act, and delivering on the vision. • Worked for a SaaS brand, idealing both B2B and B2C • Strong foundational understanding of UX design from an engineering perspective; proven ability to achieve successful design systems aligned to a multi-year roadmap • Customer/audience centricity drives you, and you keep accessibility and inclusivity top of mind, always. • Led the re/design of major, high-trafficked, high-performing websites; able to discuss the success • Grew up in graphic design and continue to grow within the discipline • A pixel-perfect person, who’s obsessed with fonts, palettes, and consistency • Continuously curious and passionate about sharing your latest learnings with others • Eager to evolve and improve, both the work in front of you and yourself.
