• Responsible for building long-term relationships with Klaviyo’s marketing agency and systems integrator partners • Manage partner relationships and articulate the value of Klaviyo • Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners • Develop strategies to help partners meet their business goals
• Adept at influencing and relationship building • Partnerships, sales, or account management experience • Worked on accounts in the SMB/MM/Enterprise customer segment • Excited about learning a new product offering • Comfortable presenting product led discussions • Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic • Obsessed with understanding your customer or partner • Comfortable operating independently • Comfortable presenting in large groups • Proactively solicit and act on feedback • Excited to impact a rapidly-growing profitable startup • Positive outlook and excellent written and verbal communication skills • 3-4 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience • Work collaboratively with enablement, CS, Marketing and Product
