• Execute and optimize B2B2C marketing initiatives in email marketing campaigns. • Oversee and continuously refine the day-to-day operations of our email marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly while consistently enhancing performance to exceed expectations. • Lead the launch of new partners, coordinating with B2B sales, account managers, and external teams to ensure timely delivery and successful campaign execution. • Identify and implement test-and-learn strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve partner lifetime value (LTV). • Foster strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and partner success. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• 2-3 years of experience in a consumer-facing marketing role, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns using Braze. • Effective communication across teams and advocacy for marketing needs with both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to identify key metrics, measure KPIs, and drive initiatives to successful completion. • Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Experience in the digital health industry is a plus, but not required. A love for animals isn’t required, but it’s definitely a bonus!
