• Develop statistical programming deliverables for the analysis of clinical study data • Lead the development and implementation of programming standards, SOPs, and work instructions • Create CDISC-compliant datasets and corresponding documentation • Oversight of CRO on timelines and programming tasks • Provide input on key study-related documents produced by other functions • Support data management in data set creations/transfers, integrity checks, and quality audits
• M.Sc., M.A. or higher degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields • 10 years of related experience with M.Sc., M.A., or 8 years with Ph.D. • Expert knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM data models • In-depth understanding of standardization in data, programming, and statistical reporting • Proficiency in SAS and R • Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Base Salary: $145k / $160k / $185k • Bonus: 15% • Equity: 5,280 • Eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in the Company’s stock option plan
