Description

• The USOPP Business Operations team is searching for a Manager, Commercial Operations & Media Solutions • Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations, this requires an analytical thinker able to build strategic plans • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Lead and support the development of media & exposure-based commercial assets • Manage business operations and administration to support the management of the commercial team • Management of key LA28/USOPP Stakeholder relationships to ensure successful commercial delivery • Manage the sales and packaging of LA28’s media rights • Work with media agency and venue partners to secure OOH inventory • Develop an overall commercial approach for other media/exposure-based assets • Support the Senior Director, Business Operations, and Chief Operating Officer, USOPP, across executive and board reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in sports business, marketing, media/advertising, or related environment • Self-directed/self-starter able to balance a variety of time-sensitive projects • Strong operational and program execution skills required • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and able to track/manage multiple commercial agreements • Strong analytical skills, capable of managing and presenting data to support arguments • Excellent communication and presentation preparation skills • Ability to build relationships and work successfully with varied audiences (colleagues, business partners, collaborators, customers, vendors/agencies, and senior members of the organization) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Team player
