Description
• Managing projects and staff to meet cost, schedules, and project objectives • Engaging with team members, executive staff, vendors, and partners • Advising clients to ensure success • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders • Facilitating stakeholder reviews and ensuring full understanding of deliverables • Formulating, tracking, and executing project plans • Identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating project issues and risks • Communicating project status to stakeholders • Collaborating with Product and Account teams • Planning and scoping resource and cost implications for clients • Holding planning meetings, updates, reviews, and retrospective meetings consistently
