Description
•Assist in the management of our San Francisco Office including, but not limited to: •Monitoring the appearance of conference rooms and reception area •Providing office services which include: •The processing of all incoming and outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS, or any other agent of choice carrier •The procurement of departmental and general office supplies, including coffee and general snacks and drinks •Build positive working relationships across the company •Occasionally partner and support Executive Assistants with scheduling
Requirements
•Have a minimum 2 years of administrative experience •Have experience working in a fast paced work environment •Have experience managing an office space •Have experience placing supply orders and organizing mail •Have a forward-looking mindset and be able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they come up •Are resourceful, a creative problem solver, and adaptable to various competing demands while remaining approachable to the team •Have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
