Description

• Lead payments strategy and operations for LastPass. • Oversee e-commerce payment processes and ensure seamless transactions. • Collaborate with various teams to guide payment requirements and implement strategies. • Develop and implement a comprehensive payments strategy to enhance success rates. • Manage relationships with payment service providers and negotiate favorable terms. • Use data-driven insights to identify payment trends and areas for improvement. • Ensure adherence to payment regulations and implement robust security measures. • Work with product management to optimize the payment experience. • Set KPIs and report on payment success rates and transaction performance. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging payment technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payment operations, preferably in a subscription-based business or the payments industry. • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams. • In-depth knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention, and chargeback management. • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions. • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong understanding of payment compliance and security requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with global alternative payment methods. • Experience with global business entity strategy.
