• Lead global field marketing initiatives, event strategy, and pipeline growth across sales teams. • Create and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage field events and conferences. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives. • Analyze territory health and campaign performance with KPIs.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and supporting territory health through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. • 7+ years of event management and field marketing experience • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging for diverse audiences. • Experience working with global, remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional marketing events and initiatives.
