Description

• Craft and implement a forward-thinking global marketing strategy that aligns with Aarki’s business objectives and growth ambitions. • Elevate and strengthen the Aarki brand through strategic positioning, compelling messaging, and seamless communication across all channels. • Drive sales success with revenue focused product marketing and distributed sales enablement for all global markets where we operate. • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the Ad Tech landscape. • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver outstanding results and ROI. • Lead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, to drive robust lead generation and customer engagement. • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility. • Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing marketing spend effectiveness. • Leverage data analytics to evaluate marketing performance, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Aarki at the cutting edge of marketing practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and an MBA or advanced degree are highly preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on performance marketing within the Adtech industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful global marketing strategies and campaigns. • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and performance metrics. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience managing cross-cultural marketing initiatives and working with global teams.
