Description
• LeafLink is seeking a Salesforce Manager to join its Enterprise Engineering Team • This role will lead a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers who support FinOps, RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support • LeafLink is implementing several re-platforming projects across Salesforce, specifically, its Quote to Cash process
Requirements
• A leader with 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce teams and delivering complex projects • Preference for background in CPQ or revenue management in a SaaS environment • Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions • Experience building CI/CD pipelines is a plus • Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Experience in the cannabis or highly regulated industries is a bonus but not required
