Description
• Lead new and existing Workfront configurations and implementation engagements • Build system architecture to solve complex problems for clients • Gather process details from clients and connect to system objects • Translate business requirements into design documents • Develop creative solutions for clients • Communicate design plan and validate design • Guide clients to best solutions and support best practices • Build client relationships, lead status calls, and update roll-out plans • Opportunity to work on multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
• 7+ years of Workfront design and implementation experience • 3+ years of Project Management experience • 2+ years of Software (SaaS based solutions) Implementation Experience • 1+ years of Reporting and Analytics Experience • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship skills • Tactical and strategic skills • Experience working in Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple tasks • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions • Approximately 10-20% travel required
