Description
• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 350+ employees • Manage state and local tax registrations and payroll-related updates • Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
Requirements
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with payroll systems, including proficiency in Paylocity • Extensive experience managing benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and disability benefits • In-depth understanding of state payroll laws • Proficient in Mac, G Suite, and Microsoft Office applications • Exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities • Proven judgment and decision-making skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Skilled in interpreting and communicating complex instructions
