Description
• Account Manager responsible for client relationships at LinenMaster, a B2B SaaS provider. • You will nurture client relations and drive growth opportunities through digital marketing expertise.
Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies. • Candidates without this experience will not be considered. • Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. • Experience in Google Analytics is strongly preferred • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Project Management. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willing to adapt to changing client needs and priorities. • Project timelines will range from weeks to "ASAP." • Independently productive: you thrive in a Hybrid work environment and know the “always on” nature of digital publishing and social media will result in the occasional inconvenient emergency. • A creative thinker ready to jump into strategy sessions and unafraid to suggest ideas. • A willing collaborator who fights to see others succeed. • You take pride in sharing your best ideas across • Able to reliably connect during your work hours via Chat, email, phone, and video.
