• Linera is the first blockchain infrastructure optimized for real-time applications. • Seeking a Developer Relations Manager to lead and expand developer engagement efforts. • Drive Linera’s strategy for building and nurturing relationships within the developer community. • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for developer relations. • Build and sustain a vibrant developer community by fostering relationships, hosting events, and creating engaging content. • Serve as the primary advocate for Linera within the developer community. • Oversee the creation of educational materials, including tutorials, blog posts, and documentation. • Establish effective feedback channels to gather insights from the developer community. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of developer relations activities.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years in developer relations, technical evangelism, L1/web3 preferred or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful community engagement and developer programs from 0-1. • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating impactful content and delivering persuasive presentations. • Community Engagement: Strong network within the developer community and a reputation for building productive relationships and fostering collaboration. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community metrics and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexible and open to adapting strategies based on feedback and changing business needs.
