Description
• The Hardware Compliance Engineer will manage unlicensed and licensed radio compliance testing for all regions • Apply your expert experience of 2.4, 5 & 6 GHz unlicensed band global regulatory conformance testing • Use your in-depth radio technology experience to diagnose and resolve RF and protocol compliance issues • Apply knowledge of modular and system-level radio certification strategies • Operate in-house unlicensed and licensed pretesting labs to pretest key compliance metrics
Requirements
• Served as principal in-house or 3rd party lab radio conformance test engineer • Solid working knowledge of radio test standards, procedures, and regulator-provided guidance • Leverage relationships with various local, national, and international radio conformance test labs • Familiarity with CTIA test plans and carriers' OTA specifications • Experience operating RF testing equipment • Experience troubleshooting problems with test equipment, test platforms, and devices
