Description

• Consistently surpass your monthly quota of qualified opportunities • Leverage multi-channel prospecting to set meetings with exec-level contacts • Qualify prospects by conducting high-level 15-minute discovery calls • Travel 1-2 times per month for industry events; qualify prospects in-person • Collaborate with the team to consistently improve our outbound process

Requirements

• You consistently perform in the Top 10% of your outbound BDR team • You make 100+ Dials/Day; you have experienced the joy of having 10+ daily conversations with exec-level contacts; you are fluent in the language of executives. • You are able to identify your Top 20% of your accounts (and prospects) and focus 80% of your energy there - leveraging your creativity where it makes the biggest impact, automating the rest • You have a consistent daily process and operate like a well-oiled machine • You identify problems; and you expect your leaders to empower you to solve them • Bonus: You’ve worked with Orum, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, SalesNav, Vidyard • Bonus: Previous experience with SLED or Public Safety target accounts • NOTE: Reach out directly to Mike Milewski, Sr. BDR Manager via LinkedIn to show off your prospecting skills
