Description

• Create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned to our ICP and personas that consistently result in attainment of our pipeline and revenue goals across sales and marketing. • Design and bring to life marketing programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer life cycles resulting in goal attainment and consistently improving outcomes across awareness, lead and pipeline generation, and revenue growth. • Understand our buyers to create authentic conversations and campaigns that move them through the funnel resulting in accelerated sales and revenue velocity. • Define, drive alignment around, and own objectives across the marketing funnel. Track, report and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel. Create a predictable, measurable demand generation engine. • Continually optimize online and offline programs to ensure CAC is in line with ROI goals and within budget. • Analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision-making. • Understand lead scoring and the enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle, including MQLs and SQLs; and have knowledge of marketing platforms and Hubspot. • Influence and collaborate with the executive team to obtain alignment around objectives, strategy, and cross-organizational initiatives. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a demand generation leadership role, preferably in the B2B enterprise software space or a complex technical market with longer sales cycles • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience • Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel • Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems, including HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager • Demonstrable success delivering earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation programs • Experience managing field marketing and partnering with Sales • Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs • Highly quantitative with a very strong understanding of data • Desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns • Excellent decision-making skills in regards to allocating marketing spend • Self-motivated and results-driven
