• Responsible for the overall performance of the community • Involved in human resources, budgets, financials, leasing, maintenance, resident services, and more • Develop operational plans in accordance with financial objectives • Control cost, maximize revenue, increase resident retention • Develop relationships with vendors, contractors, and implement marketing strategy • Ensure execution of corporate policies and procedures
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Community Manager or similar • Must have a valid Driver’s License • CPM or CAM preferred • Experience with YARDI or other property management software preferred • Thorough understanding of budgets and financials • Ability to manage multiple operational matters daily • Ability to train, develop, lead, and mentor • Superior written and verbal communications skills • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills • Extremely computer literate • Travel required
