Description

• Support the Human Resources department with recruitment and administrative reporting • Maintain all open positions on job boards and review applicant resumes • Coordinate new hire process and onboarding • Assist with safety programs and initiatives • Prepare employee attendance reports and termination packets • Ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or Associate’s Degree (AA) • At least 6 months HR experience and/or training • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and Dropbox database • HR Certifications are a plus
