• Generate high quality, reproducible data with antibodies and small molecules to support pipeline project advancement and further development of the LYTAC platform • Design, optimize and execute cell-based assays and protein-binding assays to characterize and evaluate novel therapeutics and understand mechanism of action • Analyze in vivo samples from PK, PD and efficacy studies using immunoassays • Evaluate, interpret, and document scientific results and communicate findings • Collaborate with chemistry and biologics scientists in cross-functional project teams to progress drug discovery and drug development efforts
• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays using flow cytometry, luminescence or other methods • Expertise conducting immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, MSD or Luminex) • Experience with biochemical/biophysical methods to measure protein binding or enzymatic activity • Ability to work independently and contribute to an integrated team • Highly motivated team player with excellent written and oral communication skills • Flexibility to contribute to multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities while remaining well organized
