Description
• Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis • Responsible for developing financial and strategic plans for a pharmaceutical company • Analyzing and reporting on business performance • Recommending changes to improve performance and developing business cases • Must have strong communication skills and cross-functional team experience • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics • 5+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis/clinical finance function in the pharmaceutical industry • Advanced Excel modeling and reporting skills • Experience working in a multi-company and multi-currency environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex topics • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work well in fast-paced, dynamic environment
