Description
• Understand client business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Customize Salesforce applications to meet client needs • Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and solution design • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements • Lead client projects through all project phases • Conduct user training and create supporting documentation • Perform data migration and integration activities within Salesforce • Stay informed on Salesforce updates and features • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing • There will be a need to travel to client sites across the US
Requirements
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Consultant at a consulting or ISV partner • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant • Experience in the healthcare provider space is advantageous but not essential • Strong problem-solving skills for complex business processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Deep understanding of Salesforce and AppExchange products • Experience directing offshore development resources
