Description

• Develop and maintain strategic advertising partnerships with digital advertising agencies and podcast creators • Improve distribution and positioning through partnerships in the podcasting industry • Identify and develop new sales opportunities • Keep and grow existing client relationships • Offer solutions to help clients achieve business goals • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals • Manage and proactively sell advertising • Service and drive customer satisfaction • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue • Develop sales materials, rate cards, and media kit

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3 years'+ experience in a Podcast sales role • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to design, deliver, and execute marketing strategies and presentations • Knowledgeable and savvy with digital and social platforms • Demonstrated prospecting experience through cold calling, networking, and meeting functions • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals • 5+ years' outside sales experience preferred with Digital background + Podcast sales experience • Expertise in the podcast vertical

Benefits

• U.S. base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $150,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits
