Description
• Corporate Counsel responsible for legal landscape of Tinder NA's marketing, PR, and partnerships • Transform creative concepts into compliant strategies • Support Tinder Marketing and Communications/PR initiatives • Provide legal advice to marketing, media buying, and PR teams • Ensure compliance with advertising laws, consumer protection standards, intellectual property laws • Draft and negotiate contracts with partners and vendors • Develop legal resources, compliance playbooks, and training materials
Requirements
• Law degree from an accredited institution • Eligibility to practice law in California • At least four years of legal experience • Detailed and accurate in providing legal advice • Excellent teamwork skills • Strong fact-finding, drafting, negotiating and researching skills • Experience with marketing, technology law, consumer protection, privacy laws, intellectual property • Proactive problem solver
