• Establish, scale, and perform tissue culture procedures to support the differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into various lineages, such as renal and cardiometabolic, using both 2D and 3D organoid cultures. • Utilize a range of molecular and cellular biology assays to analyze cell cultures. Techniques include qPCR, Western blots, high content imaging, flow cytometry, and RNA-seq. • Support internal cell-based screens and generate CRISPR engineered iPSCs to drive discovery and innovation. • Work closely with other scientists, bioinformaticians, and computational biologists to support assay development, experimental design, troubleshooting, sample analysis, data interpretation, and report generation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 1+ years’ experience in life sciences • Strong tissue culture skills, preferably with iPSCs, and a thorough understanding of biological procedures are essential. • Experience developing and optimizing cell-based and biochemical assays using a range of readout technologies, such as imaging, FACS, ELISA, qPCR, etc. • Excellent communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills • Excited by challenges and capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
