Description

• Oversee and grow CPG vertical in ad tech • Develop and implement strategy aligned with company goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in CPG sector • Maintain and grow relationships with existing CPG clients • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities • Lead and mentor sales team • Collaborate with product and engineering for CPG solutions • Represent company at industry events as thought leader

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the CPG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the ad tech, media, creative or technology space. Direct client-side experience preferred. • Strong understanding of the CPG industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. • A deep understanding of media channel strategy/trends, with an emphasis on Video (Linear TV, CTV, OLV) and Social. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies, with a passion for developing high-impact presentations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. • Innovative thinker with a track record of driving growth and transformation. • Experience working for matrix organizations and the ability to win support and drive deliverable timelines from key internal cross-functional teams. • Proven success in a highly dynamic, constantly evolving environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills
