Description
• Assess client business requirements, design architectures, and workflows to support their complex needs • Translate requirements into technical specification documents used by consultants • Serve in a key client-facing role by leading status meetings and consulting clients on best practices • Collect and assess client information on workflow processes and reporting needs • Audit client implementations of Workfront and provide guidance on improvements • Design and implement system architectures to tackle client challenges • Transform business needs into design blueprints • Cultivate client relationships and lead progress meetings • Proficiency in AEM Assets integration or Frame.io is advantageous
Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in Workfront design and implementation with deep system knowledge • 3+ years of Project Management experience • 2+ years of Software (SaaS) implementation experience • 1+ year of Reporting and Analytics experience • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Excellent tactical and strategic planning abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions
