• Design optimal implementation frameworks for customers. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on roadmap and product design. • Work alongside Customer Success and Customer Support teams. • Shape our processes, tools, and strategy as an early member of our SA function. • Learn and teach our products, providing value to our customers.
• 5+ years experience in customer facing technical roles at B2B SaaS companies in one or more of the following functions: technical architect or solutions architect, sales engineering, customer success, product management, or engineering. • Experience with REST API based solution design. Knowledge of web connectivity and integration protocols such as JSON / XML, file transfer protocols such as FTP / FTPS / SFTP, API tools such as Postman, and API concepts such as idempotency and pagination. • Excellent communication skills. You’ll write more enablement material than you’ll read. • Technical curiosity. Desire to get your hands dirty diving into technical specs. • Finance and / or accounting knowledge is a plus.
