Description
• Develop new strategies to acquire customers • Experiment on and scale existing paid media channels • Oversees channel strategy, implementation, and performance • Work with leadership on budgeting and forecasting • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, consumer insights, creative teams, etc.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid channels • Minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and executing campaigns • Paid Social: Facebook/Instagram and TikTok hands-on experience • Familiarity with Google, Affiliate, Podcast/Audio, Creator/Influencer • Experience managing 360 channels including offline/traditional, direct IO, programmatic/DSP • Performance-led experience optimizing towards specific goals (CAC, ROAS, CAC/LTV) • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of various testing methodologies (A/B, Lift, multivariate) across ads, audiences and landing pages
