Description
• Product Operations Specialist (full-time) responsible for keeping the Product working • Customer problem management and escalation to Product and Tech teams • App review responses and analysis • System configuration and metadata maintenance • Cross-functional collaboration providing input from Voice of the Customer • Independent investigation and resolution of configuration issues • Supervisory responsibilities if applicable includes training, support, and mentorship • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Problem management experience with urgency to resolving issues • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, metadata & content taxonomy • Expertise in publishing tools such as Curator, Webiny CMS, & Ceros • Collaboration with stakeholders • QA monitoring, system configuration management, and support ticket workflows • Physical requirements include ability to sit for prolonged periods • Equipment/Software used: Microsoft Office Suite, Webiny & Page Builder, Ceros, Sonic, Zendesk, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Problem management experience, with a sense of urgency to resolving business impacting issues • Technical skills to review HTML, update CSS, and manage metadata & content taxonomy • Expertise with publishing tools like Curator, Webiny CMS, & Ceros • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including creatives • Knowledge of QA monitoring, system configuration troubleshooting, and support workflows • Ability to use SQL for reporting • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and view computer screen • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Webiny & Page Builder, Ceros, Sonic, Zendesk, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Amplitude, Apptentive, PagerDuty, ViralSweeps, Mux, New Relic, Grafana, GitHub, and Kibana
