• Leverage expertise in people systems to drive transformation • Engage in cross-collaborative efforts with technical and non-technical teams • Advise, capture requirements, document best practices, build and configure impactful implementations • Develop, test, and deploy automation and integration solutions • Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in related fields • 5+ years of relevant experience with Workday HCM and a proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining modules across Workday such as Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Performance • Proficient understanding of key HR business processes (H2R, ESS, HR-Driven IT Provisioning, L&D) and a working knowledge of Workday Studio, RaaS, Business Process Framework, Extend (PMD Scripting) and SQL • A relentless drive to learn new tools and skills, including Workato and Mode Analytics
