Description
• Define and communicate a vision for innovative design solutions. • Use research and data to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Drive the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals. • Recruit, mentor, and guide a growing team of designers and researchers. • Foster an inclusive, diverse, and inspiring environment, encouraging creative excellence. • Work with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to identify design opportunities and prioritize projects. • Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions. • Plan and manage design resources for the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements
• You have at least 7 years of experience in UX design and/or research, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing design teams. • Proven track record in designing user experiences for web and mobile platforms. • You’ve worked with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard software. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and make informed design decisions.
