• Innovate at the bleeding edge of AI & Agents and moving them to production and solving challenges on long-term memory, reliability, planning, reasoning, actions & embodied AI • Lead and implement the latest research ideas and ship them to production, focusing on areas beneficial to our AI agent. • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to transform your research into tangible solutions. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, especially around large language models, fine-tuning techniques, and reinforcement learning. • Employ rigorous testing and iterative improvement processes to optimize the performance and accuracy of machine learning models. • Prototype new ideas and concepts, ensuring our AI technology remains at the forefront of the industry. • Deliver high-quality work at a fast pace, understanding the importance of time and speed in a startup environment.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development, with expertise in PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow. • Demonstrated capability to independently lead research projects with end-to-end responsibility. • Previous experience in AI research is required. This likely involves a history of publishing research at top conferences. • Deep understanding of systems engineering with a focus on building scalable solutions for large-scale data processing and model training. • Solid understanding and experience working with large Transformer models, such as GPT or LlaMA. • Expertise in fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and prompt-engineering techniques. • Experience in working with multimodal or vision models. • Ability to communicate complex research findings in a clear and impactful manner. • A knack for solving problems creatively and effectively.
