Description
• The Claim Dispute & Strategy Analyst is responsible for researching state and payor protocols and analyzing eligible claims that receive under payment or non-payment. • This position oversees the billing vendor and process of dispute resolution, claim submission and payment requests with payors and third-party dispute resolution entities. • Responsibilities include translating data into meaningful information, influencing payor policy changes, and auditing data for accuracy.
Requirements
• Research state and payor protocols. • Analyze claims with under payment or non-payment. • Oversee billing vendor and dispute resolution process. • Track payment resolutions and negotiated claims. • Perform data analysis and present trends. • Coordinate with management on payor trends.
