Improving the health of communities by tackling social determinants of health.
• Manages federal and non-federal grants • Ensures compliance with funding source requirements • Supports a grants fundraising program • Prepares and submits grant proposals and reports • Conducts grant prospect research
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • 3+ years’ professional experience, preferably in a non-profit setting • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively • Exceptional ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and work with senior staff • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
