Description

• Works in AstraZeneca's Oncology R&D division focusing on patient-centric delivery model. • Leads global logistics and customer service strategy for cell therapy. • Develops white glove patient delivery strategy and integrates logistics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MS/MA, MBA, or PhD). • 15+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical industry. • Experience managing complex supply chains for cell therapy products. • Experience leading supply chain teams in a regulated environment. • Experience with logistics operations for cell therapy products • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices, cGMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements. • Experience leading and developing teams. • Guide and influence decision-making at the senior level. • Resolve with the complex supply chain challenges and develop solutions. • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of supply chain management tools and software.
